Anthony F. Loiacono, Jr.

Managing Director and Co-Founder

Co-founder of Global Exchange, Mr. Loiacono brings more than 25 years executive level business development experience to his current role. Mr. Loiacono is responsible for overall business activity, client sustainability and profitability. This includes new client acquisitions, client relations, marketing, strategic planning and profitability. Prior to forming Global Exchange, Mr. Loiacono held positions in business development with Thomson Reuters; corporate foreign exchange with Thomas Cook; and district management with Automatic Data Processing. Mr. Loiacono is a graduate of Temple University with degrees in Information Sciences and Strategic Management. Frank N. Signorello

Managing Director and Co-Founder, CAMS

Mr. Signorello is co-founder of Global Exchange and brings more than 20 years of international business and foreign exchange experience to his current role. As Managing Director, he is responsible for systems and currency trading, risk management, data delivery, policy, operations and regulatory compliance. Mr. Signorello holds a B.A. of Economics and a B.S. of Business and Finance from Mount St. Mary's University and a Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He has earned the designation of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist from the globally recognized ACAMS organization, and is an active board member of Entrepreneurs' Organization's (EO) Philadelphia chapter. ... more

Craig C. Klein

Vice President of Information Technology

With over 20 years of experience in financial services programming and Information Technology, Mr. Klein is responsible for Global Exchange's Information Technology and its programming team. Associated with Global Exchange since 1994 and as a full-time employee for over 10 years, Mr. Klein is responsible for designing the GlobalFX® application; which has been utilized by the company since its inception. Prior to Global Exchange, he consulted in Information Technology throughout the banking and reinsurance fields. Lynn Marandola

Director of Client Support

With over 10 years of Account Management experience, Lynn Marandola is Director of Client Support at Global Exchange. Aligned strategically between Business Development and Internal Operations, Lynn leads the Account Management team to on-board new opportunities while personally concentrating on new United Kingdom clients. In her role, she is focused on implementing an efficient and streamlined international Accounts Payable solution while ensuring the client's experience with Global Exchange exceeds their expectations. James M. Condron, Jr.

Director of Payments

Employed by Global Exchange since his graduation from Pennsylvania State University in 2005, James holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management. From 2007-2015, Mr. Condron was the Director of Accounts Payable Outsourcing where his teamprocessed approximately 1,000+ invoices per day. In 2016, Mr. Condron assumed the role as Director of Payments in which he oversees the various components of international banking, execution of payments, AR/AP, case management and reconciliation for the entire client base throughout the organization. ... more

Jonathan G. Jadlos

Director of Accounts Payable Outsourcing

With responsibility for the department's internal operations as well as ensuring delivery of comprehensive international accounts payable solutions for Global Exchange, Jonathan is Director of AP Outsourcing at Global Exchange. Prior to joining the AP Outsourcing Team, Mr. Jadlos was Global Exchange's Compliance Officer. Jon holds a B.A. of Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Christopher Valotta

Compliance Officer, CAMS

Chris joined Global Exchange Payment Solutions in 2012 and has served as a Compliance Officer since 2013. His responsibilities consist of KYC due diligence, transaction monitoring and internal case management, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant BSA, AML, and OFAC regulations. Chris graduated from Philadelphia University with a B.S. of Finance with a concentration in International Business. He has also earned the designation of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist from the globally recognized ACAMS organization.... more

BERNARD HEITNER

Co-Chair, Co-Founder, Cambridge Global Payments

Bernard Heitner is Cambridge's Co-Chair and one of two founders of Cambridge. A native of New Zealand, he earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia. After graduation in 1976, he joined Coopers & Lybrand, and earned his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. He then continued his career in London, England before moving to Canada where he became a registered member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

As Co-chair of Cambridge, Bernard shares the responsibility for overseeing and steering the long-term growth of the company. His role focuses primarily on high-growth strategic planning and opportunities, including risk, partnerships, geographic expansion and vertical strategies in order to continue to drive value for the company.


JACQUES FELDMAN

Co-Chair, Co-Founder, Cambridge Global Payments

Jacques Feldman is Cambridge's Co-Chair and one of two founders of Cambridge. A native of Antwerp, Belgium, Jacques is a certified gemologist who has spent a number of years in the diamond industry.

Upon moving to Canada, he founded Canadian Diamonds and Alpha Diamonds, selling small polished stones on a wholesale basis. Through his sales experience and concentrated efforts in marketing, Jacques has been responsible for the dramatic increase in Cambridge's client base.

As Co-chair of Cambridge, Jacques shares the responsibility for overseeing and steering the long-term growth of the company. His role focuses primarily on high-growth strategic planning and opportunities, including risk, partnerships, geographic expansion and vertical strategies in order to continue to drive value for the company.


GARY MCDONALD

Chief Executive Officer, Cambridge Global Payments

As Cambridge's CEO, Gary is responsible for leading the management team and working closely with the Board of Directors to execute the short and long term goals of the Company. Over the last 5 years, he has been instrumental in driving growth and positioning Cambridge as a leader in cross-border payments and risk management. His extensive experience in the Financial Services sector, primarily international payments, has resulted in leadership roles in Canada, USA, Latin America, and Europe.
